The Roshak Talons were a pirate or (presumably) Dark Caste group that attacked the independent world of Zhongshan around the year 3052.[1]
History
The history or exact makeup of the force is unknown. During the increasingly antagonistic battles between mercenaries employed by the Pearl Dragon Mining Corporation and the Great Eagle Union, the Roshak Talons attacked the world. The opposing corporate interests quickly joined forces to defeat the Talons, offering generous emergency contract terms to their mercenaries.[1]

The Talons maintained a small mostly secondline Clan BattleMech force. Reports vary but they fielded one of two options:[1]
- Griffin IIC, Shadow Hawk IIC, Locust IIC, Jenner IIC, and three Elemental "squads", though whether they fight in Clan points of five troopers is unclear.
- Bane, Grizzly, and Phoenix Hawk IIC
