Tobias Villagua was the commanding officer of the Kessel Prefecture as of 3059.[1]
History
Lieutenant Colonel Villagua, commanding the Kingston Caballeros mercenary regiment under contract with the Draconis Combine, was stationed on Sabik in 3025.[2] By 3050, now-Sho-sho Villagua had become an official member of the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery and served under Tai-sho Hasan Yoshio as executive officer of the Dieron Military District's Kessel Prefecture.[3] Following the Clan Invasion, Villagua continued to serve as XO of the Kessel Prefecture under Tai-sho Isoroku Kurita in 3054.[4] By 3059, now-Tai-sho Villagua was serving as commanding officer of the Kessel Prefecture and continued to hold that position in 3067.[1][5]
