The Kessel Prefecture was one of five administrative regions that comprised the Dieron Military District of the Draconis Combine.
History & Description
Sharing a border with the Lyran Commonwealth for many years, the people of the Kessel Prefecture are convinced that an enemy must be stopped at all costs.[1]
