Soloch Ben-Zhayne was the commanding officer of the Acamar Planetary Militia.[1]
History
After cleansing the pirates from Acamar, the evolution of the situation on planet ended boiling up with division between the non-committed citizens and the Liaoist supporters. First pirate forces started suspiciously targeting infrastructures with incredible precision. And then, a government supporter, Sab Takegi disappeared, after which it was found out that he had been supporting the pirates. The government sent of the mercenary forces off-planet. This was the time when Barbara Katz (a Liao supported member of the provisional government) and a ranking officer of the Acamar Planetary Militia, Colonel Soloch Ben-Zhayne executed a coup that imprisoned most of the planetary Parliament's members. A warning was sent by HPG on what had happened. One mercenary unit was able to track the pirates to a planet two jumps from Acamar. The mercenaries had not yet executed the capture mission when they got a message from Chairman Barbara Katz in name of the Acamar Democratic Freehold releasing them from their contract. The mercenaries nevertheless pressed in and discovered Takegi imprisioned an the target Villa, having been incriminated of the crimes.[1]
His forces lost the Battle for Acamar of 3062, and it is not known if he was able to escape.[2]
