Julie Phelps was the commanding officer of the Third Calderon Guard in 3084.[1]
History
Brigadier Phelps was a member of the Third Calderon Guard when the unit was assaulted by pirates on Diik in 3084. The pirate's use of combined-arms tactics lead to the death of the Third Guard's commander Colonel Erwin von Trapp and nearly allowed them to escape with their stolen loot, until the Third Guard's infantry and armor units slammed into the raiders' flank. Afterwards, Phelps was made the new commander of the Third Guard and they subsequently designated the tank company responsible for saving the day as von Trapp's Boys in the late commander's honor.[1]
