Protector Jiergo Laurencio was a MechWarrior, who served in Raven Alliance's aligned Thermo Police, as of 3140.[2]

History

As of 3140 Laurencio was a member of the Thermo Police's Pursuit (Probe) Lance[2], which was equipped as a specialist zero-gravity operations unit, with the mission of helping to locate, investigate and salvage long-abandoned Star League era space habitats and asteroid mining stations. Tactically reckless at times, especially with his artillery weapons, Laurencio could be more cautious when provided with different ammunition choices.[1]

Laurencio's missions with the Thermo Police included an engagement on Ddraig, where he assisted the Police in disarming a local militia, who were extorting the small population with laser rifles from an unearthed weapons cache they had discovered.[1]

In May 3140, Laurencio also participated in a mission more suited to his zero-g unit, being the investigation and capture of Habitat G-95t "Greenhouse" in the Thazi system. After helping to clear away the former Star League facility's satellite turrets, and breaching its hull, Laurencio and his Lance faced resistance from the stations inhabitants. Riding Kreighund warbeasts and firing mortars, in the dense and long overgrown Star League Department of Mega-Engineering gardens, the locals proved a difficult task for the Thermo Police. Laurencio was however eventually able to silence their mortars with his own long-range weaponry, forcing their surrender, and allowing his Clan Snow Raven superiors to determine the facility was merely a failed and abandoned agricultural experiment.[3]

BattleMech

Laurencio was known to have piloted a BMB-05A Bombardier BattleMech[2], which was fitted with Arrow IV artillery.[1]
