The Kreighund is a monstrous-sized, gaunt, fur-covered canine, found in Habitat G-95t "Greenhouse" in the Thazi system, which weighing up to 20 tons.[1]
Description
Kreighund were used by the inhabitants of Habitat G-95t, a long abandoned and heavily overgrown orbital Star League Department of Mega-Engineering agricultural experiment, as the mounts for their Beast Mounted Infantry. With crushing weight and slashing claws, the Kreighund could damage even armored combat vehicles, as well as carry four infantry.
Kreighund mounted infantry proved a stiff test for the Raven Alliance aligned Thermo Police, who in May 3140, launched a reconnaissance-in-force to investigate the Habitat G-95t facility.[1]
