Zeus Burger was a restaurant chain in the Lyran Commonwealth active from the original Star League to the Clan Invasion era.[1][2][3]
History
During the Star League, Zeus Burger's logo was a smiling face of the mythical Greek deity Zeus. The Thirteenth Arcturan Guards, sometime before 2765 adopted this logo as their own, which almost caused Zeus Burger to start litigation for trademark infringement against the Regiment. They ultimately decided to embrace the publicity, and developed an Arcturan Shake as a new item on their menus, as part of a cross-promotion with the Arcturan Guards.[1]
Another well-known Zeus Burger product during this period was the HarpyMeal, a meal which generally came with a toy. This product was involved in a civilian massacre on the world of Arcadia, after a Star League Defense Force Major Jessup Schmidt snapped when he didn't receive a toy with his HarpyMeal, leading his troops on a massive killing spree.[2]
During the Clan Invasion Zeus Burger still existed, offering such Lyran staples as Schnitzel Sandwiches. Ace Darwin would recommend if ordering them at Zeus Burger to request they be served with JagerGravy.[3]
