Yvgeny was the commanding officer of the Third Fang Cluster of Clan Steel Viper's Rho Galaxy as of 3061.[1]
History
Star Colonel Yvgeny, serving with the Third Fang Cluster, was stationed in the Jabuka system in 3061.[2] A veteran of the Battle of Tukayyid, then-Star Captain Yvgeny received command of the Third Fang when no Bloodnamed officers agreed to command the force of tested-down, former front-line warriors. As commander of the Third Fang, Yvgeny gradually slipped into a state of alcoholism and the actual running of the unit was handled by Star Captain Nico as of 3061.[1] Despite his shortcomings as a commander, Yvgeny continued to lead the Third Fang following Clan Steel Viper's expulsion from the Inner Sphere and was posted on New Kent in the Clan Homeworlds in 3067.[3]
