Yeva Sokoloff was a notable fighter pilot in the Third Tikonov Guards during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
During the Federated Suns' liberation of Marlette in 3146, the Third Tikonov Guards decided to inflict as much damage on the opposing Fifth Crucis Lancers as possible before retreating from the planet. To accomplish this, Kong-sao-shao Viktor Sevnik of the Guards' aerospace forces recommended an aerial strike against the Lancers' prepared positions. Sao-wei Sokoloff and her two wingmen were selected for the dangerous task, flying their aircraft at low altitude through a winding canyon while on approach to the Fifth Lancers' location after previous sorties were downed due to being physically spotted in spite of their stealth armor. Sokoloff's trio completed the canyon run in record time and narrowly accomplished the risky maneuver to pull out of the canyon before successfully delivering their payloads on top of the Crucis Lancers.[1]
