Xandra Haas was a notable officer in the Eighth Lyran Regulars during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
Hauptmann Haas was a distinguished officer of the Eighth Lyran Regulars for several years prior to Operation HAMMERFALL. During combat operations in 3137, Haas' BattleMech was destroyed and she subsequently requested reassignment to an aggressive, Regulan-produced assault BattleMech as her replacement machine. Haas' superior officer and commander of the Eighth Regulars' Second Battalion Kommandant Schatz disliked her choice of battle tactics, as he believed that her decision to lead from the front a la a Clan officer unnecessarily endangered her.[1]

Hauptmann Xandra Haas piloted a Berserker BattleMech until its destruction in 3137. Afterwards, she piloted a Neanderthal.[1]
