William Tohiro was the commanding officer of the Sixteenth Galedon Regulars as of 3050.[1]
History
Tai-sa Tohiro was given command of the Sixteenth Galedon Regulars following the Ronin War, after the unit's commander Francisco Bevier attempted to manipulate the tense political situation in order to receive an honorable posting for the Regulars and was subsequently killed. With the Sixteenth Regulars blacklisted as a result of Bevier's actions, Tohiro's efforts were primarily focused on repairing the unit's reputation.[2] Tohiro, serving with the Sixteenth Galedon Regulars, was stationed on Oshika in 3050 and on Hachiman in 3054, following the Clan Invasion.[1][3] By 3059, Tohiro's efforts to maintain the Sixteenth Regulars' morale and reputation for skilled urban combat had paid off, although Tohiro's soldiers remained low on the list for OmniMech acquisition and remained at their post on Hachiman.[2]
Following the Sixteenth's participation in the Draconis Combine's counterattack against the Draconis March in the midst of the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Tohiro remained in command of the Regulars and was stationed on Breed by 3067.[4][5]
