William Nikoli was a Precentor in the Word of Blake Militia and the commanding officer of the Ninth Division during the latter part of the Battle of Luthien.[1]
History
William Nikoli led the Ninth Division following the recall of Precentor Alice Phuong in February 3072.[1]
