Werner Wats was a member of the Department of Military Intelligence during the 4th Succession War.[1]
History
Prior to the 4th Succession War, Werner Wats was a member of MI4, aka the "Stealthy Foxes". He was stationed on the world of Styk to gather information on the world's agricultural industry. He served undercover as a Rounder or one of the planetary government's approved hunters of the Styk Rounder that preyed on the introduced cattle herds on world. His skill with a rifle made him an excellent addition to Major Sandra Ngu's plan to disrupt the Hosark's Air and Space Traffic Control Center or ASTCC facility prior to Wave One of Operation RAT.[1]
