History
In a 22 July 3133 statement to INN, Perrei, representing the Society for Interstellar Conscience, questioned Prefect Tara Campbell's reconstruction priorities for Addicks after the Dragon's Fury invasion of 3132. In Perrei's eyes, the work programs Campbell set up for those in need were self-serving, emphasizing military-related work primarily meant to aid Campbell's Northwind Highlanders rather than the people of Addicks.[1]
