Ulton Farkhan was a bar owner on North Pier in Solaris City.[1]
History
As of 3051 Ulton was the bar's owner, and the tavern had become a sort of recruiting place for smaller mercenary units trying to find talents from Burgton arenas.
Rumor on the street set his allegedly was to House Liao, and it was confirmed that he had survived several assassination attempts because of his past.[1]
