Sho-sa Ulrath Svenssen was a MechWarrior, who served in the Draconis Combine's Forty-fifth Dieron Regulars and Forty-sixth Dieron Regulars, during the thirty-first century.[2]
History
A failed candidate for the Combine's elite Draconis Elite Strike Teams, Svenssen joined the Forty-sixth Dieron Regulars on their foundation as a member of Tai-sa Harold Nakayama's Second Battalion Command Company, later known as Nakayama's Blood. Participating in the Battle of Proserpina during 3064 as part of his Company's Niji Lance, Svenssen was promoted to chu-i and command of Gisei Lance, after that bloody battle claimed the lives of a number of the officers within Nakayama's Blood.
Swearing Nakayama's anti-mercenary blood oath, Svenssen fought with Nakayama and the Forty-fifth Dieron Regulars through the Word of Blake Jihad, losing his 'Mech to the Word of Blake on Dieron in 3068. Avoiding capture, unlike Nakayama himself, Svenssen joined a resistance band on Dieron, leading guerrilla raids against the occupying Blakists. During this time, he identified his former 'Mech upgraded with Blakist technology during a patrol, and later used his DEST training to liberate the 'Mech from its Blakist MechWarrior during a stealthy nighttime infiltration of the base on which it was being kept.
Losing an eye during this heist, which needed to be replaced with a prosthetic version, Svenssen survived through to the liberation of Dieron in 3078. He then reunited with Tai-sa Harold Nakayama, who promoted him to sho-sa and Executive Officer of the reconstituted Nakayama's Blood, which he served within its Sodai Lance.[2][1][3]

Svenssen was known to have piloted a HTM-CM Hatamoto-Hi BattleMech.[2]
