Leftenant General Travis McGinty was the commander of the Second Syrtis Fusiliers, with the Federated Suns, as of 3145.[1]
History
Attempting to defending Atlas from the Second St. Ives Lancers, during the Capellan Confederation's Operation CELESTIAL REWARD invasion of the Federated Suns in 3144, McGinty realized his lightweight Battlemech forces were insufficient to stop his Assault weight Capellan opponents. He was however able to use his units mobility to evacuate his unit off world, falling back to Shoreham, where he remained as of December 3145.[2][1]
