Thomas Quincy was the commanding officer of the Eleventh Ghost Armor Battalion of the Eleventh Ghost Regiment as of 3059.[1]

History

Chu-sa Quincy, serving with the Eleventh Ghost, was stationed on Najha in 3059.[2] Following the First Combine-Dominion War, Quincy retained command of the Eleventh Armor and was stationed on Delacruz by 3067.[3]
