Theobald West was garrison tank commander turned pirate in 3072.[1]
History
Captain Theobald West was the commanding officer of the garrison force defending a small scientific outpost financed by several Lyran corporations on Despair in 3072. The scientist where testing new hostile-environment sealants and combat vehicle-sealing technology when Theobald and his crew commandered the test-bed Ontos and destroyed the rest of the garrison unit. They then ransomed the three senior scientists to their parent corporations and dissapeared on the planet's wasteland. No additional attacks were made by these renegades and ComStar was unable to confirm if they had left the planet or not.[1]
