Plot Summary
Although Avitue and her Forty-fourth Shadow Division were driven off New Avalon over a year ago, skirmishes with the remaining Word of Blake forces continue in April 3074. Leftenant Natasha Ergen of the Fifth FedCom RCT is caught up in one of these encounters near the StarSlab factory on Brunswick. After a fierce fight she manages to defeat the WoB Grigori with her custom variant Griffin. Instead of showing mercy to the enemy pilot, she kills him in rage.
