History
Heading a green unit comprised mostly of citizens from Magistracy of Canopus and the Rimward Capellan periphery, Albrecht managed to forge them into a force with some aptitude for small-unit and long-range engagements, while preventing intra-unit conflict.[2]
As of December 3145, Albrecht with the Fifth Victoria Rangers, was based on Xieng Khouang as of 3145.[1]
