Most of the information given in Objectives: Capellan Confederation implies that the manufacturing lines listed here are the same as the ones shown in the Earthwerks Incorporated article. Was this ever resolved?

The QKD-8P and QKD-8X Quickdraws are listed as being produced on Tikonov by EW Inc, though EW Ltd runs that plant. TRO:Prototypes/XTRO:Corporations lists EW Inc as controlling the plant, but EW Ltd is the branch that exclusively works out of the Capellan Confederation. I wonder if this relates to the change in ownership of Tikonov after the 4th SW, going to Steiner/Davion, then WoB, then RotS. Incorporated could have taken control of the facility, since Liao didn't have it anymore.

A confirmation/clarification on the ownership of Earthwerks Tikonov would be nice, though I understand if it gets stuck in the "low priority" pile. --User:HastatiZeta 10:11, 27 June 2024 (CDT)

It's fairly evident, especially in the House/Handbook series, that there was a concerted effort to identify Earthwerks Limited as the Capellan-owned branch and Earthwerks-FWL as the FWL-owned branch. Then, any Earthwerks facility controlled by a state other than these two would just be Earthwerks Incorporated. This memo doesn't seem to have reached all the many writers/fact-checkers of the TROs and occasionally there is one name switched with another (sometimes it's understandable copy/paste of info). Even if it's not quite as black and white as this, Sarna has decided for the time being to proceed with this delineation to keep things simple. This is similar to Kallon Industries and Kallon Weapons Industries (the Nanking facility changes name in the books while under Davion control), with the TROs often switching back and forth between the names.
