Luckily, this article has good references to work with. The cited BattleCorps scenario and JHS:3076 explicitly describe the Blake's Mercy as a Newgrange, not a Faslane, that was captured by coalition forces. TRO:3085 Supplemental confirms that it was a Newgrange and adds that it is "now" (as of 3085) known as simply Mercy, though that entry is notably headlined as "Newgrange III YardShip". (Need to investigate that roman numeral, but that's a separate issue.) The first time that the Faslane class comes up seems to be the Ask the Writers thread. I dug it out here, and voila: it was confirmed (as in officially ruled/errata'ed) that the Mercy/Clementia is a Newgrange and erroneously referenced as a Faslane in FM:3145.
