History
Colonel Fayan, serving with the Fifteenth Lyran Guards, was stationed on Hesperus II in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and Free Skye Revolt, Fayan remained with the Fifteenth Lyran on Hesperus II by 3067.[2]
