Sung Kim II was the commanding officer of the Draconis Combine's Ryuken brigade as of 3054.[1]
History
Tai-sa Kim, commanding the Ryuken-san, was stationed on Niles in 3050.[2] Following the Clan Invasion, Kim was promoted to sho-sho and given control of the entire Ryuken brigade, commanding four of the unit's five regiments on Pesht by 3054.[1]
