Resurgence Era Update: History

Commanded by Galaxy Commander Dominic McKenna, these are the survivors from the Raven Alliance from Beta and Gamma Galaxies as well as the Conqueror Naval Star.

Originally under the command of Galaxy Commander Grady Magnus, these three formations were meant to assault the Word of Blake after their attack on Alpheratz. However, the Word of Blake came for them first, smashing into Gamma Galaxy in another system. When Gamma arrived, all three formations departed towards the Federated Suns because of the sighting of a Swordship.

After beginning their way through the Federated Suns, they stopped to try to meet with Clan Sea Fox in the Alta Vista system. While waiting, a distress signal was detected and a couple ships from Stormhawk Galaxy investigated. When they returned, Word of Blake vessels were attached to the hull. Seconds away from firing, the Captain announced that these people were in fact Comstar. This group was part of a much larger group that defected from the Word of Blake and were trying to reach a House capital to warn them and provide information.

Soon after, the Sea Foxes arrived. After the pleasantries, they attacked Stormhawk Galaxy. Again in the position of facing overwhelming firepower, the Stormhawk Galaxy departed the system. After being chased out of the Alta Vista System, Galaxy Commander Grady Magnus took a number of ships and sacrificed himself, leaving now Galaxy Commander Dominic McKenna in command. Using some of the tech upgrades from the Comstar personnel, they were able to escape.

Eventually arriving at Point Barrow, they met the Prince's Champion Erik Sandoval-Groell, who talked them into at least providing support from space while the Federated Suns forces attempted to hold the world from inevitable Blakist attack. Erik leveraged his connection with the First Prince and the dire situation of the Snow Ravens to his advantage. When the ground forces under Erik's command were repulsed, both leaders moved on to New Avalon.

Once at New Avalon, Erik received orders to find out why the Capellan Confederation was attacking Federated Suns worlds under the command of Danai Liao. Again working together, both Erik and Dominic went to find her at Kathil. After an intense standoff, Danai revealed that she is now the Chancellor and that Sian was now destroyed, with the blame pointed at the Federated Suns and Free Worlds League.

After some diplomacy, Danai agreed to accompany Erik and Dominic back to New Avalon and meet with Julian.^[1]
