Steven Blasegga was a Hauptmann in the Second Royal Guards.
History
Blasegga stood permanent guard outside the Royal Court as of 3145. He was considered the best shot in the Second, shooting down a Clan Wolf Leopard CV with his Fafnir's paired Gauss rifles.[1]
