Stephen Harter was the commanding officer of the Thirtieth Marik Militia as of 3047.[2]
History
Colonel Harter took command of the Thirtieth Marik Militia shortly after its 3047 battle on Wing.[2] Following the Clan Invasion, Harter retained command of the Thirtieth Militia and was still stationed on Wing by 3054.[3] His insistence on training his unit commanders to create adaptable battle plans paid off in 3058 when the Thirtieth Marik invaded Graham IV and crushed the planetary militia's surprise guerrilla campaign before the end of the year. By 3059, Colonel Harter still commanded the Thirtieth Militia after their return to their post on Wing.[2]
