Stanley Fratte was the commanding officer of the Eighty-seventh Division of ComStar's Fourth Army as of 3067.^[1]

History

Demi-Precentor IX Fratte, commanding the Eighty-seventh Division's Eloquent Words III-rho, was headquartered on St. Ives in 3062.^[2] After Precentor Archie Pardeau was killed in the Black May attacks, Fratte was promoted to Precentor and commanded the Eighty-seventh Division by 3067.^[1]
