History
Colonel Jaspersen, serving with the Eleventh Arcturan Guards, was stationed on Timbuktu in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Jaspersen remained with the Eleventh Arcturan and was stationed on Tharkad by 3067.[2]
