History
Charles Helzer was a retired Hauptmann-Kommandant of a Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces BattleMech regiment who by 3025 had became the commander of Defiance Industries' security force. In his capacity as the hand-to-hand combat instructor, he taught the finer points of using the long stun-stick, which was his favorite weapon.[1]
