Shin Oshika was the commanding officer of the Second An Ting Legion as of 3052.[2]
History
Following the Truce of Tukayyid, Oshika was stationed on Tanh Linh with the Second An Ting Legion when Clan Smoke Jaguar's Third Jaguar Cavaliers attacked the world in force. While the Draconis Combine's troops were ultimately victorious in driving off the Jaguar raiders, the Forty-second Dieron Regulars were destroyed and Oshika's superior officer Ijogi Waters was killed. After Waters' death, Oshika taking control of the Second Legion was credited with enabling the Combine's victory.[2]
By 3054, Tai-sa Oshika was still serving with the Second Legion and was stationed on Leiston, where he remained in 3059.[1][2]

- Field Manual: Draconis Combine says that the Second An Ting Legion were simultaneously stationed on Leiston[2] and Braunton[3] in 3059. As the more detailed unit profile says they were stationed on Leiston, this article refers to them as being stationed on Leiston.
