Seth Granderssen was a notable company commander in the First Sword of Light during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
In February 3145, Sho-sa Granderssen's company of the First Sword of Light were stationed on Kanowit training the local militia when a Trinary of the Rasalhague Dominion's Seventy-third Battle Cluster raided the world. The Dominion forces had not expected to encounter an element of the elite First Sword but, after a period of stillness where both Dominion and Draconis Combine warriors stared at one another from across the Sarawak Fields, the Trinary's commander Star Captain Hershel Hall soon challenged Granderseen to a personal duel to decide who would win the day. While Hall's Gravedigger devastated Granderssen's armor from a distance, the First Sword officer was able to keep his BattleMech's sword intact long enough to close the distance and remove both of the Dominion officer's arms. When Granderssen finished the fight by decapitating Hall's 'Mech, the remaining members of the Trinary honored the terms of the duel by immediately departing from Kanowit, leaving both their commander and his Gravedigger behind.[1][2]
