Scott Knockando was a notable aerospace pilot in the Third Marik Protectors' Aerospace Wing during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
Lieutenant Knockando and his wingman were on a routine patrol of the Eleusis system when a combined Capellan Confederation–Duchy of Andurien raiding force arrived at one of the system's pirate jump points. After reporting the hostile presence to the remainder of the Third Marik Protectors, Knockando and his comrade engaged with the four enemy DropShips and their fighter escorts in a seventy-minute running battle. By the conclusion of the fight, Knockando's ally was dead and his ammunition had been completely depleted, while the invaders had lost two Leopard-class DropShips and three of their fighters. The remaining raiders still attempted to make planetfall but the forewarned Third Protectors quickly defeated them and a refueld and rearmed Knockado hounded them as they retreated from Eleusis.[1]
