Sami Keppler was a police officer on Towne, involved in the hunt for serial killer Shu Imashinigi in 3133.[1]
History
Keppler, a Kordava city police officer, was one of the investigators who conducted the final chase of Towne's "Little Luthien" killer Shu Imashinigi on 27 May 3133. He, fellow officer William Mousa, and Knight-Errant Kristoff Erbe ended up in a gunfight with Shu. Two rounds, likely armor-piercing, broke through Mousa's vest; Keppler attempted to treat his wounds, but could not save him.[1]
