Kommandant Sam "Shotgun" Anderson was the commander of the Chaffee Militia in the early years of the Jihad.[1]
History
In March 3069, Sam Anderson commanded the defending forces on the world of Chaffee when their world was raided by elements of the Eighteenth Division. Fresh off an attack on Glengarry, the Eighteenth hit Chaffee looking for supplies. However, Anderson had his unit conduct hit and run raids to keep the Blakist forces off balance. After two weeks of this, the Word of Blake sent a headhunting unit to take out Sam and his command unit in New Yatuk. Despite losing his 'Mech, Anderson was able to survive the attack and the Word of Blake forces would soon pull off planet.[1][2]
