The Saiph Protectorate Militia Division is one of the many militias raised by Word of Blake to defend the Word of Blake Protectorate. The unit was deployed in Saiph. As of 3075 it was the only unit raised from this planet.[1]
History
After the Fourth Division was assigned to Saiph with the task to bring stability to the world, they gave the mercenary unit Canned Heat a training cycle, and after this the mercs got the orders to defend the planet and to train the new Saiph Protectorate Militia.[2]
By 3079 the planet was still part of the Word of Blake Protectorate,[3] though in 3081 it was part of The Republic of the Sphere.[4]
It is not known how the Protectorate unit ended, either being destroyed or surrendering to the nascent Republic of the Sphere.[citation needed]
