Sadalbari Mixed Curry

Sadalbari mixed curry was a dish popular on Sadalbari. As prepared by Tara Campbell, it included cubed meat sauteed together with onions, garlic, squash, peppers, and an unidentified purple tuberous vegetable. These were mixed with salt, pepper, and a pinkish-brown spice powder that smelled similar to a mix of star anise and sandalwood.^[1]
