Ruth Howell was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the 100th Raven Battle Cluster of Clan Snow Raven's Gamma Galaxy as of 3061.[1]
History
Star Colonel Ruth, serving with the First Raven Regulars, was stationed in the Brim system in 3061.[2] By 3067, Ruth retained command of the redesignated 100th Battle Cluster and was still stationed on Brim.[3]
