Russell was the commanding officer of the Seventh Phalanx of Clan Ghost Bear's Theta Galaxy as of 3061.[1]
History
Star Colonel Russell, serving with the Seventh Phalanx, was stationed on Casere in 3061. During this time, Russell made serious efforts to cross-train his warriors with the MechWarriors of the Third Bear Regulars but was hampered by the disdain the Third held for his armored vehicles.[1] After the First Combine-Dominion War, Russell maintained command of the Seventh Phalanx and was stationed on Spittal by 3067.[2]
