Russ Loveday was the commanding officer of the Second Company of the Forty-fifth Dieron Regulars' Second Battalion as of 3059.[1]
History
Tai-i Loveday, serving with the Forty-fifth Dieron Regulars, was stationed on Shitara in 3059.[2] During his tenure with the unit, Loveday utilized his connections with the Draconis Combine's yakuza and criminal groups in the Federated Commonwealth and Free Worlds League to provide the unit with upgraded military technology. Despite the efforts of Chu-sa Lance Y'uang-wu to shield him from official inquiry, Loveday's activities had begun to draw attention from the Internal Security Force.[1]
