Ross Hibler was the commanding officer of the Alliance Borderers as of 3085.[2]
History
Chairman Hibler, commanding the Alliance Borderers' Second Battalion, was stationed on Coraines in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Hibler retained command of the Borderers' Second Battalion and was still stationed on Coraines by 3054.[3] By 3064, Hibler continued to command the Second Battalion on Ramora and remained stationed there as of 3067.[4][5] Following the Jihad and the formation of the Raven Alliance, Hibler was given command of the entire Alliance Borderers regiment and was stationed on Brasha in 3085.[2]
