Robert Malthus was the commanding officer of the Tsarahavana Operations Area's Neerabup Command as of 3050.[1]
History
Hauptmann-General Malthus commanded the Neerabup Command of the Federated Commonwealth's Periphery March in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Malthus continued to command the Neerabup region and held that position by 3054.[2]
