Rhianne Mason was a notable officer in the Eleventh Avalon Hussars during the late Succession Wars Era and the Clan Invasion Era.[1]
History
Leftenant Mason was transferred to the Eleventh Avalon Hussars from the Forty-second Avalon Hussars in 3030 and viewed her reassignment as a punishment for her proclivity for unsupported cavalry charges. In reality, Mason possessed great skill when it came to avoiding hostile fire while approaching short-range engagements and her superiors wished to see her teach others how to do the same. Since she was assigned to the Eleventh Hussars, Mason's cavalry lance had suffered no losses despite fighting against significant enemy forces several times.[1]
BattleMech
Leftenant Rhianne Mason piloted a GRF-1S Griffin BattleMech while assigned to the Forty-second Avalon Hussars. After her reassignment to the Eleventh Hussars, she piloted a VKL-QA Valkyrie.[1]

- The first printing of Force Manual: Davion has Rhianne's surname spelled as both Mason and Manson.[1] Errata that designates which is the correct spelling has not yet been published.
