Rhea Devon was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of Clan Ghost Bear's Kappa Galaxy as of 3061.[1]
History
Galaxy Commander Rhea, directly commanding the Fourth Bear Regulars Cluster, was stationed in the Arcadia system in 3061. Although she was an accomplished aerospace pilot and had flown alongside Khan Bjorn Jorgensson in several battles, Rhea's inability to become Clawed prevented her from commanding a front-line Galaxy.[1] By 3067, Rhea retained command of Kappa Galaxy commanded Clusters stationed on Arcadia, Damian, and Trondheim.[2]
