Rhea was a notable MechWarrior in the Wolf Empire's 103rd Striker Cluster during the Dark Age Era.[2]
History
Star Captain Rhea was a promising young warrior in Clan Wolf when she became separated from the rest of her sibko during a wilderness training exercise. While she was presumed dead, Rhea shocked her comrades when she returned to their base following a week-long, 200-kilometer trek through harsh terrain. Known as the "Iron Maiden" for this feat, Rhea came to strongly believe in the importance of hard living during times of peace in order to survive times of war and would practice living rough on every world she visited.[1]
When Star Colonel Maurice Radick lead the 103rd Striker Cluster against the Eighth Triarii Protectors on Alhena in May 3149, the Republic of the Sphere forces focused their defensive efforts on the capital city of Focci's Point. Star Colonel Radick decided that attempting to breach through the Republic's artillery and BattleMech cordon from long-range was a losing concept, so he ordered Rhea to lead her Trinary in a close assault against the Protectors' flanks. Moving too quickly to be targeted by the enemy's artillery, Rhea's soldiers used their firepower to break through the Republic's lines and eliminate their artillery park, giving them easy access to the Eight Triarii's rear. After a coordinated assault between her Trinary in the rear and the rest of the 103rd Striker from the front, very few of the Eighth Protectors survived to retreat from the Wolf Empire's newest world.[2]
BattleMech
Star Captain Rhea piloted a Linebacker OmniMech during the conquest of Alhena.[2]
