Rachel was a warrior of Clan Ghost Bear during the Jihad.[1]
Overview
She was promoted from Star Captain at some point after the battle on Thule in 3060. As of 3061 she was the Commanding Officer of the 54th Provisional Garrison Cluster and continued to command the Fifty-fourth until at least 3067.[1]
Rachel attained Cluster command after the Fifty-fourth PGC came under assault from multiple pirate bands. Rachel used her radio to sow discord among the different attacking groups and then drove them off with pinpoint fire from her ER PPCs. She planned to use the tactic again, as she was curious to see if it would lure other enemies into range.[2]
