Phillip Metsuichi was the commanding officer of the Twenty-fourth Dieron Regulars Aerospace Wing of the Twenty-fourth Dieron Regulars as of 3059.[1]
History
Dai-i Metsuichi, serving with the Twenty-fourth Dieron Regulars, was stationed on Herndon in 3059. Although a third-generation samurai, Metsuichi possessed none of the traditional samurai calm and his hot-tempered attitude often came to the fore when he became set on accomplishing his goals. Despite this, Metsuichi was given significant operational leeway by Tai-sa Buntari Akihito because his methods got results.[1]
