Colonel Phillip LeCheve was the commander of the Fourth Taurian Pride as of 3145.[1]
History
LeCheve, with the Fourth Taurian Pride, was based on Gaul and Diik as of 3145.[1] Due to the lack of action of these worlds, LeCheve often launched raids into the Pirates Haven cluster, to keep up his commands' skills and interest levels.[2]
